Refund policy

Applies to orders shipped within the United Kingdom

At Audira.store, customer satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange according to the policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging where possible
  • With tags, labels, or accessories included if applicable

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts may not be accepted.


2. How to Start a Return

All returns are handled by mail only.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed, we will send return instructions by email.

Please do not send items back before contacting us.


3. Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Audira.store will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for personal reasons, such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.


5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

You may request an exchange for another size, colour, or item of equal value, subject to availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A different replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A refund to your original payment method

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and the issue.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used or worn items
  • Washed items
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Items returned without approval
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made items, if applicable
  • Hygiene-sensitive items where packaging has been opened, if applicable

8. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after delivery.
